A lemon house, built for Miami
In Italy, a limonaia is the garden building where lemon trees spend the winter: tall arched windows, thick pale walls, and sunlight from morning to evening.
Limonaia on NE 1st Avenue follows the same plan. Two golden arched bays rise through cream stucco, framing tall windows and Juliet balconies. Inside are 21 one and two bedroom apartments with pale oak floors, stone kitchen islands, and plenty of light.
